This comment is actually for Joyous. I found a comment you left on my running blog a while back. Thank you! I didn't know anyone every looked at that. It's a shameful place of bad habits meeting intense exercise and paying the price! You are very kind and I'd love to read your blog. I tried to put in the link here but nothing came up. Hopefully, when I make it to Siloam Springs one day we can visit and actually meet.
